Introducing the St Neots Directory

We are delighted to announce that LFCA has been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to produce a Community Directory for St Neots. 

Drawing on the success of the Love's Farm Directory, published in May 2021, we hope to list every community group, sports club, fitness class, youth group and venue for hire across the town. We'll be drawing on the collective knowledge of our town to pull this directory together. We already know of almost 400 listings we want to include, but we know there will be more. 

The Local Connections Fund from The National Lottery is intended to "reduce loneliness by building community connections". It's a value we share at LFCA... community activities are a great way to help people find others with similar interests, form friendships and build happier, healthier and more supportive communities.

Our directory will cover all non-profit and public sector organisations, activities and public spaces in St Neots. We will also include any commercial activities that allow members of the public to engage in activities together. So that includes group exercise classes and commercial toddler groups, but not personal trainers or childminders, for example. Once the directory is up and running, we will look into adding other commercial businesses for a small annual fee.

If you're the leader of a group (that's either on our list or not yet), please also get in touch. From next week we'll start to request and collate the info we need for each listing.
