Trouble paying your bpha rent?

A message from bpha:

bpha know that many of you may be worried about the impact the emergency is having on your ability to pay.  It is important that you let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to help and advise you.

Our approach is to look at each case separately and work with you to agree a plan that suits your individual circumstances.  We want to work with you to ensure that once this is over you do not have a large rent bill that (in some circumstances) could have been avoided.

If you have been laid off or are sick you may be able to claim universal credit to help with your rent.  Please see our website for more information.   If you are receiving universal credit but using your income to pay for other items, please contact us as we may be able to assist.  If you have received any emails or calls from bpha to make contact, we urge that you do this so that we can offer support and help sooner rather than later avoid unnecessary action being taken.
